In my point of view cooking food is fun, art and science. You will ask why? because if you add one less ingredient or add more, it will change the taste of food, texture of food or even look of food.
And fun because when I start cooking food, I forget what is around me. Cooking is stress reliver, relax feeling, and meditation for me.

I make tasty desserts with lactose free milk, lactose free yogurts and lactose free butter as well. So the people who are lactose intolerant can enjoy the desserts also.
