1tbspStew Dopiaza masala(any brand) for coating meat
1/4cupCanola oil for frying coated meat
1tbspCanola oil for saute ( add this oil in remaining fried oil)
1tspSalt
6CupsHot Water(for instant pot)
Instructions
Wash meat and dry with a paper towel. Take a bowl, mix flour and stew dopiaza masala. Coat meat with this mixture and fry in hot oil.
Wash all vegetables and cut into square pieces. Take one pot, add tablespoon of oil in remaining fried oil, let heat the oil. Add cut onion, let it cook, add teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, let it cook for a minute. Put stew dopiaza masala, add cut tomato, add all cut vegetables, and fried meat to it.
Now transfer all this to an instant pot and add 6 cups of hot water. Put the pot into the instant pot. Press the meat stew settings. Press start.
Notes
All my recipes are for four people. If you are cooking it for less then make the recipe ingredients into half or cooking it for more then make the recipe double.
