When you see black spots on banana, don't throw those overripe bananas, because its starch breaks down to sugar and make a delicious banana bread. Add chocolate chips and your kids will love this bread.

1 Bread loaf tin
- 3 no Bananas(overripe)
- 1 1/2 cups All purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Lactose free butter
- 3/4 cup Brown sugar(powder)
- 1/4 cup Jaggary(powder)
- 1 no Egg
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg powder
- 3/4 cup Pecan(chopped)
- 3/4 cup Chocolate chips
Take a bowl, put a sifter on it, add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder and salt, sift it and keep aside.
Take another bowl, add lactose free butter and sugar, and cream it with spatula. Add egg to creamed sugar and butter and cream it again until it is nice and fluffy.
Take another bowl, add overripe banana and mashed it. Add mashed banana to batter and mix it. Add flour, pecan and chocolate chips, use cut and fold technique to mix batter.
Take a bread loaf tin, grease it with butter. Add banana batter to it and sprinkle pecans and chocolate chips on top of it.
Before making banana bread batter, preheat the oven at 350 degree fahrenheit. Now keep the banana batter filled tin in the center rack of the preheated oven and bake it for 45 minutes.
Take out the banana pecan chocolate chip bread tin and keep it on the rack to cool down.
