In a big bowl, add 3 cups of bread flour.
Take out the foamed yeast mixture, add egg and melted butter and mix together again.
Add the egg, yeast mixture in the flour and mix together until it comes together. Dough will be wet and sticky. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, use slap and fold method to knead the dough for 10 minutes. The dough will come together.
Take some oil and apply to the dough and keep it in warm place for 60 minutes for first proving, until the dough is doubled in size.
Take the raised dough out and deflect it by lightly punching the dough, and make 100 grams equal portions. Take on big try and wrap it with non-stick aluminum foil. Roll the dough in small tight circles and put the buns in bun mold on a tray. Cover the tray and keep it aside for 30 minutes for 2 nd proving.
Make the hamburger bun wash with milk, sugar and melted butter. Take a brush and apply the milk wash on the buns.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of everything bagel on milk washed buns.
Preheat the oven at 360 degree Fahrenheit, put the hamburger tray in oven and bake for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, take the hamburger buns out from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
