Take kohlrabi, wash with water.
Peel the outer skin of kohlrabi with peeler.
Cut the peeled kohlrabi into pieces.
Take a wok, put it on medium heat. Add oil, let the oil heat. Add mustered seeds, cumin seeds. Let it sputter the seeds.
Add onions and fry it as translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minutes.
Add Red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
Once the masala is cooked, add kohlrabi and water.
Cover the wok with lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat. Once all the water evaporates turn the heat off. Kohlrabi bhaji is ready.
