Take the whole garam masala and cashew nuts.
Take onion and tomatoes and cut into cube.
Take one pot, add one liter water and add all garam masala, onion and tomatoes.put the pot on medium heat and boil all the ingredients util cashew nuts are smush. Keep aside the boiled and cooked garam masala and let it cool down. Once it cool down, take a blender and grind until it is smooth.
Strain the puree through strainer. Keep aside the puree and prepare paneer.
Take paneer and cut into cubes.
Add tikka masala to paneer pieces.
Add all purpose flour to paneer pieces.
Mix all ingredients and keep aside.
Take one pan, add canola oil, once the oil is hot enough, add tikka masala coated paneer and shallow fry on one side for 1 to 2 minutes.
Flip the paneer and shallow fry on other side
Keep fried paneer aside and prepare the curry.
Take one one pan, put it on low to medium heat. Add canola oil and butter.
Once the oil and butter is warm enough, add red chili and turmeric powder.
Add puree to the masala and cook until it forms bubbles.
Add fried paneer tikka and salt. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Yummy Paneer Tikka is ready.
