Molten Lava Cake
Molten Lava cake is very delicious and made without eggs. It has gooey mouth full of intense flavors of chocolate, cocoa powder. It is very nutritious.
Equipment
- 4 Ramekin cups
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup All purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Powder sugar
- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 100 ml Water
- 100 ml Milk
- 50 ml ml Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 tsp Instant coffee(mix with 2 tsp water)
- 8 pieces Chocolate squares
Instructions
- Take all purpose flour.
- Take a cocoa powder.
- Sieve all the dry ingredients.
- Take one deep jar, add all wet ingredients and mix together.
- Pour the wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Take four ramekins and grease with butter and dust with flour and make it ready.
- Fill the ramekins half with lava cake batter.
- Add the chocolate squares in the middle of the half filled ramekins.
- Pour rest of the lava cake batter into the ramekins.
- Preheat the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit. Put the filled ramekins in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Lava cakes are ready. Let the ramekins rest for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes put the ramekin upside down on the plate and unmold the lava cake.
