- 6-12 Silicone molds
Ingredients
- 1 no Avocado
- 10 no pitted dates
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup Creamer
Instructions
- Take one ripe avocado.
- Cut avocado into halves.
- Make avocado puree using blender.
- Take 2 Tablespoons of cocoa powder.
- Take 6-10 pitted dates. Soak dates in water.
- Take one blender, add soaked dates in blender jar, add creamer and blend it until it is creamy. Mix avocado puree, dates puree and cocoa powder together.
- Take the silicone molds, add 1- 2 tablespoon of avocado mousse in molds. After filling all silicone molds with avocado mousse, put the molds in freezer for 2- 5 hours or over night. Avocado Mousse Ice Cubes are ready.
