Poha Rumali Chivda

Ingredients
- 1 packet Thin poha
- 7 no green chilies
- 1 no sliced onion
- 10 no curry leaves
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup Peanuts
- 1/4 cup Dalia(roasted split cheekpeas)
- 3 tbsp cashew nuts
- 2 tbsp Resins
Instructions
- Take thin poha, and strains the poha with strainer.
- Take one wok, put it on medium low heat and dry roast poha for 15 minutes until it is crispy.
- Once the poha is dry roasted, put it aside.
- Take a wok, put it on a stove top, add oil.
- Once the oil heat up, add sliced onions, green chilies, curry leaves, fennel seeds, turmeric and salt. Saute all the ingredients.
- Then add dalia, cashews, peanuts, and resins. Saute all dry fruits.
- Once all the masala is ready, add masala to poha rumali chivda.
- Mix all masala to the roasted poha.
