Equipment

  • 1 Measuring cups
  • 1 Measuring spoons
  • 1 Bread loaf tin
  • 1 Thermometer

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Bread flour
  • 1 3/4 cups Milk(110 f)
  • 1 packet Yeast
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 1/2 tbsp Butter(melted)
  • 1 tsp Salt

Cinnamon pecan filling ingredients

  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Pecan(finely chopped)

Instructions
 

  • Take a deep bowl, add milk at 110 F temperature, add sugar, yeast and keep it in a warm place for 15 mins.
  • Take a big bowl, add bread flour, salt, and add foamed yeast mixture to it, making a circular motion to collect the dough together, and let the dough rest for 15 mins.
  • Take out the dough and knead the dough for 10 mins until the dough is smooth. Now let the dough rise until it is doubled in size for 60 mins.
  • Meanwhile make the cinnamon filling. Take a bowl, add cinnamon, pecan, sugar, and butter, mix together, filling is ready to go in the bread.
  • Take the risen dough out and punch it and make a square shape, put the cinnamon, sugar and pecan mixture on the square shape dough and roll the dough tightly.
  • Place the tightly rolled dough in an oil loaf pan, cover the pan with a domed shaped pot, make sure it doesn’t stick to the loaf pan. Let the dough rise 1 to 2 inch high above the loaf pan for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake the bread for 40 mins until the top is golden brown.

Equipment

  • 1 Instant pot or Insta pot

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pound Meat any type – goat, beef, chicken
  • 1 no Beet root
  • 1 no Red Capsicum
  • 1 no Green Capsicum
  • 2 no Turnip roots(Shalgam)
  • 4 no Yellow Squash
  • 5 no Celery stacks
  • 1 no Onion
  • 1 no Tomato
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 3 tbsp Stew Dopiaza masala(any brand) for saute
  • 2 tbsp Flour for coating meat
  • 1 tbsp Stew Dopiaza masala(any brand) for coating meat
  • 1/4 cup Canola oil for frying coated meat
  • 1 tbsp Canola oil for saute ( add this oil in remaining fried oil)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 6 Cups Hot Water(for instant pot)

Instructions
 

  • Wash meat and dry with a paper towel. Take a bowl, mix flour and stew dopiaza masala. Coat meat with this mixture and fry in hot oil.
  • Wash all vegetables and cut into square pieces. Take one pot, add tablespoon of oil in remaining fried oil, let heat the oil.  Add cut onion, let it cook, add teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, let it cook for a minute. Put stew dopiaza masala, add cut tomato, add all cut vegetables, and fried meat to it.

  • Now transfer all this to an instant pot and add 6 cups of hot water. Put the pot into the instant pot. Press the meat stew settings. Press start.

Notes

All my recipes are for four people. If you are cooking it for less then make the recipe ingredients into half or cooking it for more then make the recipe double.

  • 1 square Non-stick Aluminum foil

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cups Lactose free butter
  • 1 and 1/4 Cups Bread flour or All purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Brown Sugar
  • 1 no. Egg White
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Strawberry jam

Instructions
 

  • Take room temperature butter, break the butter and add powdered brown sugar mix well.
  • Add vanilla extract and egg white and mix well with spatula.
  •  Add flour, mix well and form a dough.
  •  Now take the oven tray, line it with a nonstick aluminum foil or parchment paper, put a tablespoon of dough and make a ball, flatten it and make an imprint with the bake of the teaspoon or rolling pin, filling  the imprint with jam.
  • Preheat oven at 325 degree Fahrenheit. Once oven is preheated, put the cookie tray on middle rack of the oven and bake cookies for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, put the cookie tray on top rack for 5 minutes, bake it until golden light brown.

Notes

Notes: If you are not lactose intolerant then you can use regular butter.
