Ingredients
Ingredients For First Marination
- 2 lb Boneless Chicken Cubes
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Ingredients For Second Marination
- 1 Cup Hung Curd(yogurt)
- 4 tbsp Butter Chicken Masala packet(any brand)
- 1 tsp Red Chili powder
- 1 tsp Salt(adjust to taste)
Ingredients For Creamy puree
- 1 no Onion(cubed)
- 5 no Riped Tomato(cubed)
- 25 no Cashews
- 5 no Garlic cloves
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 inch Cinnamon stick
- 2 no Bay leaves
- 2 no Brown Cardamoms
- 7 no Green Cardamoms
- 5 no Cloves
- 1 lit Water

- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Canola oil
- 2 tbsp Kasuri methi
- 4 no Green Chiles

Instructions For First Marination
- Take a boneless chicken cubes, wash with water and pat dry with paper towel.Take a bowl, add lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and mix together with chicken and keep it for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, squeeze water from chicken and keep it aside.
Instructions For Second Marination
- Take a big bowl, add hung curd, butter chicken masala, red chili powder, oil and salt to taste.
- Add squeezed chicken cubes to the butter chicken masala marination and keep it for 30 minutes.
Instructions For Creamy puree
- Spices for creamy puree
- Cubed onions and tomatoes for puree.
- Take a big pot, put it on medium high heat. Add one liter water, add all spices and onions and tomatoes to it. Boil it for 30 minutes until the cashews are soft.
- Let the puree be cool down. Take one blender pot and put all boiled ingredients to it and grind it util it is pureed.
- Strain the puree and keep it aside.
Instructions For Butter Chicken
- Take a pan, put it on medium heat. Add oil and butter, let it heat.
- Once the oil and butter heats up, add butter chicken masala marinated chicken in pan and shallow fry for 3 minutes on one side.
- Flip the chicken to other side and cook it for 3 minutes.
- Again add butter to remaining fried oil and butter, add red chili powder and green chiles.
- Add creamy puree and cook it for 5 minutes.
- Lastly add kasuri methi and shallow fry chicken to puree and cook it for 10 minutes. Creamy butter chicken ready.
