Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Riced Cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1 no egg
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Basil Pesto

Instructions
 

  • Take one big bowl, add a cup of boiled riced cauliflower.
  • Add half cup almond flower to cauliflower rice.
  • Add one whole beaten egg to cauliflower rice.
  • Mix all the ingredients and form a pizza stick dough.
  • Meanwhile preheat the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit.
    Take one baking tray, add one parchment paper. Add cauliflower dough on it and make square pizza crust.
  • Blind bake the cauliflower pizza crust for 15 minutes or until the bottom of pizza is light brown.
  • Take the blind baked pizza crust out and put it on cooling rack.
  • Take one bowl, add a cup of pizza sauce, add one fourth cup of vegan cheese(optional), you can add regular cheese. mix all the ingredients together.
  • Take blind baked pizza crust, spread pizza sauce on it, and drizzle basil pesto on sauce. Put the pizza crust in oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Put the baked pizza crust on cooling rack.
  • Cut the pizza into pizza sticks.
