Chicken Keema Methi
Chicken keema methi is made with freshly chopped fenugreek leaves and protein rich minced chicken and very few Indian spices, yet it is delicious. When the aroma of methi chicken spreads in the kitchen, my family members gather around me and say Yummy! chicken keema methi(fenugreek leaves).

Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken keema(minced chicken)
- 2 no Fresh methi leaves(washed and chopped)
- 4 tblsp Canola oil
- 1 no Small onion(cubed)
- 1 no Small tomato(cubed)
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 4 no Green chilies(save 2 for garnish)
- 1 tsp Salt(adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Take two small bunch of methi(fenugreek leaves), wash with water 2-3 times, and keep it in strainer.
- Take one pound chicken keema(minced) meat.
- Take a chopper, put methi leaves and chopped it.
- Take a non-stick pot, keep it on high medium heat. Add oil, onions, ginger garlic paste, add chicken keema and fry it in. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, tomato, salt. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Add chopped methi leaves and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add yogurt to chicken keema methi and cook it for 10 minutes.
- After adding yogurt, cook chicken keema methi for 5 minutes until all the water from methi and yogurt evaporate.
