Chicken Quesadilla
Chicken Quesadilla is a typical Mexican dish. It is made with chicken, cheese, some spices and tortillas. It is cooked on gridle or quesadilla maker. It is loaded with macronutrients and micronutrients. You can make this for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is good for lunchbox menu for you kids and yourself.
Chicken Quesadilla

Equipment
- 1 Griddle or non-stick tawa or Quesadilla maker
Ingredients
- 1 pound Chicken boneless(cut inti cubes)
- 1 Packet Tortilla
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper powder
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 no Red Capsicum
- 1 no Poblano pepper
- 1 cup Cheese
- 1 tbsp Canola oil
- 1 tsp Salt(adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Taco spices
- Cut Red capsicum and poblano into small pieces.
- Wash chicken and cut into cubes. Marinate chicken cubes in taco spices, add oil and keep aside.
- Take non-stick pan, put it on medium heat. Let heat the pan add oil, add marinated chicken and cook it for 5 minutes.
- Add capsicum and poblano peppers to chicken. Cook all ingredients until the water from chicken and capsicum is dry.
- Take the Quesadilla maker, plug in the maker and let it heat for 1 minute.
- Open Quesadilla maker, add one tortilla, spread cheese on tortilla.
- Add cooked taco chicken and sprinkle some more cheese.
- Add second tortilla to cover the chicken and cheese.
- Close the quesadilla maker. Cook quesadilla until the light of maker turn green.
- Open quesadilla maker, quesadilla is ready.
- Quesadilla is ready, serve with tomato salsa.
