Cod Fish Biryani

Cod Fish Biryani

Fish Biryani is a delicious and aromatic rice dish that can be easily made at home. This dish can be cooked in a sealed pot and baked on the stove top or in an instant pot. You can use any firm and flaky fish for this recipe, but I recommend using cod fish for its chunky, firm texture that pairs well with rice. To make perfectly cooked rice for biryani, start by soaking basmati rice in water for 15 minutes. Drain the water and let the rice dry for 10 minutes before frying it in ghee or butter with cumin seeds. This will ensure that the rice stays moist and doesn’t break apart during the cooking process.
