Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Fresh Strawberries
  • 1- 1/2 cups Strawberry flavored cake flour(any brand)
  • 2 no Eggs
  • 1/4 cups Canola oil
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Dairy free heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar(for whipping cream)
  • 1/8 tsp Gelatin(for setting whipping cream)
  • 2 tsp water( for gelatin)
  • 1/4 cup Sugar(for glaze)
  • 1/4 cup water(for glaze)
  • 1/8 tsp Gelatin(for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp water( for glaze)

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl, add one whole egg and from another egg, take egg white, add water, and canola oil. Whip it with an electric beater for 1 minute on medium speed.
  • Add cake flour and  whip it for 2 minutes on medium speed.
  • Grease cake tin with butter, pour cake batter into the cake tin
  • Preheat the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit.
  • Put the cake tin in the middle rack of the oven. Bake the cake for 25minutes.
  • Let it cool the cake on the cooling rack

Strawberry jelly preparation:

  • Wash strawberries, cut them into pieces, keep half for decorating the cake and half for jelly.
  • Take a pan, put it on medium heat, add 2 cups cut strawberry pieces, cook them for 10 minutes. Add ¼ cup sugar and cook again for 5minutes,  add ⅛ teaspoon gelatin and cook for another 2 minutes. 

Whipping cream Preparation:

  • Take a cup of heavy whipping cream, whip it with electric beater until it is fluffy. Add sugar and whip it again. 
  • Take one bowl, add gelatin, add water and warm in the microwave for 10 seconds. 
    Add the melted gelatin to fluffy whipping cream and whip it again until it is stiff. Add red color to half of the whipped cream, add keep half of the cream white.

Glaze Preparation:

  • Take a bowl, add gelatin and water, mix and set aside. Take a pot, add sugar, and water, put the pot on the stove top and boil it. Once the sugar syrup boils, add gelatin mix and boil it again stirring continuously. When it cools down it should be liquids consistency, apply on to the strawberries. 

Layering the cake and Decoration: 

  • Once the cake is cooled down and all the ingredients are ready, cut the cake into 3 pieces. Take one piece, add strawberry jelly and cream, and spread it on the cake piece.
    Take the second piece and put it over the first layer. Spread strawberry jelly cream on the second layer. Put the third cake on top of the second layer.
    Spread the whipped heavy cream on top of the third layer, add glazed strawberry pieces on the cream. Refrigerate the layered cake to set the cream and layers.
