Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Meat
  • 1 no Red capsicum(cut into cubes)
  • 1 no Green capsicum(cut into cubes)
  • 1 no Poblano chile(cut into cubes)
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Cheese
  • 2 cups Seasoned rice(cooked and ready to use)
  • 1 Can Black beans(cooked and ready to use)
  • 10 count Flour Tortillas

Spices for seasoning Meat and Rice

  • 2 tsp Paprika powder
  • 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt(adjust salt to the taste)
  • 3 tbsp Canola oil(for meat, rice and beans)

Instructions
 

  • Take one plate add the spices to it and keep aside.
  • Take one bowl, add meat and add all spices, mix it and keep aside.
    Take one pan, put it on medium heat. Let heat up the pan, add oil.
    Once the oil is heated, add spiced marinated meat, let cook the meat for 5 minutes.
    Then add poblano chile and cook again for 5 minutes.
  • Add red and green capsicums, salt and cook for another 5 minutes until the meat is tender and dry.
  • Take one big bowl and keep the cooked meat in the bowl to cool it down.
  • Take on bowl and add salsa and keep it aside.
  • Take one bowl of cheese and keep aside.
  • Take 1 cup of rice. Take one pot, add oil, put washed rice, add spices and salt and 2 cups water to the rice. Cook the rice.
    Now seasoned rice is ready to use in burrito, keep aside.
  • Take a can of black beans and drain the water.
    Take one pan, add oil and add some seasoning and some poblano peppers and saute for 3 minutes.
    Keep aside the seasoned beans.

Instructions for assembling the Burrito

  • Take one burrito size tortilla.
  • Spread the beans on the center of the tortilla.
  • Add meat on the beans.
  • Add seasoned rice on the meat.
  • Add cheese.
  • Add salsa.
  • Fold one side of tortilla over the toppings.
  • Take two sides of the tortilla and fold it over on the sides.
  • Now hold the sides and roll it over half of the way to the center.
  • Now Close the cylinder shape of the tortilla till the end.
  • Put the Cylinder shape folded burrito in the oven for 5 minutes.
  • Cut toasted Burrito into half and enjoy with salsa and avocado.
