Ingredients
  

  • 2 pound Kohlrabi
  • 1/2 no Onion
  • 3 tbls Canola oil
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 3/4 tsp Salt(adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Take kohlrabi, wash with water.
  • Peel the outer skin of kohlrabi with peeler.
  • Cut the peeled kohlrabi into pieces.
  • Take a wok, put it on medium heat. Add oil, let the oil heat. Add mustered seeds, cumin seeds. Let it sputter the seeds.
  • Add onions and fry it as translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minutes.
  • Add Red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
  • Once the masala is cooked, add kohlrabi and water.
  • Cover the wok with lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat. Once all the water evaporates turn the heat off. Kohlrabi bhaji is ready.
