Equipment

  • 4 Ramekin cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Powder sugar
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 100 ml Water
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 50 ml ml Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp Instant coffee(mix with 2 tsp water)
  • 8 pieces Chocolate squares

Instructions
 

  • Take all purpose flour.
  • Take a cocoa powder.
  • Sieve all the dry ingredients.
  • Take one deep jar, add all wet ingredients and mix together.
  • Pour the wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Take four ramekins and grease with butter and dust with flour and make it ready.
  • Fill the ramekins half with lava cake batter.
  • Add the chocolate squares in the middle of the half filled ramekins.
  • Pour rest of the lava cake batter into the ramekins.
  • Preheat the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit. Put the filled ramekins in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Lava cakes are ready. Let the ramekins rest for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes put the ramekin upside down on the plate and unmold the lava cake.
