Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Paneer(cubed cut)
  • 1 no onion(cubed cut)
  • 3 no Ripe tomatoes(cubed cut)
  • 20 no Whole Cashews
  • 1 no Black Cardamom
  • 7 no Green Cardamom
  • 5 no Luong
  • 1 no Bay Leaf
  • 1 1 inch Cinnamon
  • 4 no Garlic cloves
  • 1 1 inch Ginger
  • 4 no Whole red chilies
  • 1 tblsp Butter
  • 3 tblsp Canola oil
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3/4 tsp Salt(adjust to taste)
  • 2 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1 liter Water
  • 4 tbsp Canola oil( for frying paneer)
  • 1 tbsp Paneer tikka masala(any brand)
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • Take the whole garam masala and cashew nuts.
  • Take onion and tomatoes and cut into cube.
  • Take one pot, add one liter water and add all garam masala, onion and tomatoes.
    put the pot on medium heat and boil all the ingredients util cashew nuts are smush.
  • Keep aside the boiled and cooked garam masala and let it cool down. Once it cool down, take a blender and grind until it is smooth.
  • Strain the puree through strainer. Keep aside the puree and prepare paneer.
  • Take paneer and cut into cubes.
  • Add tikka masala to paneer pieces.
  • Add all purpose flour to paneer pieces.
  • Mix all ingredients and keep aside.
  • Take one pan, add canola oil, once the oil is hot enough, add tikka masala coated paneer and shallow fry on one side for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Flip the paneer and shallow fry on other side
  • Keep fried paneer aside and prepare the curry.
  • Take one one pan, put it on low to medium heat. Add canola oil and butter.
  • Once the oil and butter is warm enough, add red chili and turmeric powder.
  • Add puree to the masala and cook until it forms bubbles.
  • Add fried paneer tikka and salt. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Yummy Paneer Tikka is ready.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb Lamb Chops
  • 1/2 no Onion(1/2 cubed onion for boiling)
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste(for boiling chops)
  • 2 tbsp Canola oil(for boiling the lamb chops)
  • 2 cups water(for boiling chops)
  • 1 tsp Salt(for boiling chops)
  • 1 bunch Basil leaves(for green masala)
  • 1/2 bunch Coriander leaves(for green masala)
  • 10 no Green chilies(for green masala)
  • 7 no Garlic (for green masala)
  • 1 inch Ginger(for green masala)
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil(for green masala)
  • 1/2 no Onion(1/2 cubed onion for fry)
  • 1 tsp Salt(for green masala)
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder(for fry)
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder(for fry)
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder(for fry)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt to taste (for fry)
  • 1/4 cup Canola oil (for fry)

Instructions for boiling lamb

  • Take lamb chops, wash with water 3-4 times.
  • Take a deep pot, put it on a medium heat, add oil, let the oil heat for 2-3 minutes. Add 1/2 cubed cut onion, saute onions for 2-3 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste, saute 3 minutes. Add washed lamb chops, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Mix all the masala and cook for 5 minutes, continuously moving the lamb pieces with masala. Add 2 cups water and cover with lid and cook for 30-40 minutes until it is soft and tender.
  • Boiled lamb chops are ready for green masala lamb chops.

  • Take a pan, put it on medium heat, let it heat for 2-4 minutes. Add oil, let it heat oil for 3-5 minutes, add cubed cut onion, let it cook onion until golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste, let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Take 1/4 cup green masala.
  • Add green masala to golden onions.
  • Cook green masala for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add boiled chops in cooked green masala and add salt to taste, and coat all the green masala to lamb chops, continuously moving lamb pieces with green masala Cook for 5-7 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Masoor dal
  • 4 tbsp Canola oil
  • 1 & 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 no Onion(cubed)
  • 1 no Tomato(cubed)
  • 5 no Garlic pieces(grated)
  • 1/2 inch Ginger(grated)
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 3/4 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Put the instant pot on to 'Saute' mode. Add canola oil. Let the oil heat, add cubed onion and cook until light brown. Add grated ginger and garlic, let it cook until the light brown.
  • Once the onion and ginger, garlic cooked, then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and add 1/4 cup water, let the masala cook.
  • Now add cubed cut tomato to masala and cook.
  • Add washed masoor dal to cooked masala.
  • Add water to masoor dal. Now cancel the 'Saute' mode.
  • Put the instant pot lid, and set the timer on to 'Beans/Chili'. Once the instant pot timer goes to '0H' (zero hours), turn off the instant pot. Let it cool.
  • Once the instant pot cools down, open the lid. Dal makhani is ready to eat.
