Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet Thin poha
  • 7 no green chilies
  • 1 no sliced onion
  • 10 no curry leaves
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup Peanuts
  • 1/4 cup Dalia(roasted split cheekpeas)
  • 3 tbsp cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp Resins

Instructions
 

  • Take thin poha, and strains the poha with strainer.
  • Take one wok, put it on medium low heat and dry roast poha for 15 minutes until it is crispy.
  • Once the poha is dry roasted, put it aside.
  • Take a wok, put it on a stove top, add oil.
  • Once the oil heat up, add sliced onions, green chilies, curry leaves, fennel seeds, turmeric and salt. Saute all the ingredients.
  • Then add dalia, cashews, peanuts, and resins. Saute all dry fruits.
  • Once all the masala is ready, add masala to poha rumali chivda.
  • Mix all masala to the roasted poha.
