Ingredients for Red Velvet Cake

  • 1-1/2 cups Red Vlevet Cake Mix
  • 2 no Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup Canola Oil

Ingredients for Cheese

  • 2 cups Chhena
  • 1/2 cup Powder sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 no Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Powder sugar(for dusting on cake)

Instruction for Cake

  • Before preparing the cake batter, preheat the oven at 350 degree fahrenheite.
  • Take a deep pot, add one whole egg and egg white from second egg. Add water and oil to the eggs.
  • Take electric beater and beat all three ingredients on medium speed for 3-4 minutes, until it is fluppy and doubled in size.
  • Take a red velvet cake mix.
  • Add the red velvet cake mix in the egg mixure and mix it with plastic spatula.
  • Then mix with electric beater on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  • Mean while grease the cake mold with butter and set aside.
  • Pour red velvet cake batter in the cake mold.
  • Put the cake batter filled mold in the middle rack of the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  • The cake is ready to come out of the oven.
  • Place the cake on cooling rack.

Instructions for Cheese

  • Take chhena.
  • Take one blender, add chhena, powder sugar, lemon juice, and blend together.
  • Grind all ingredients together, if need some liquid, then add 2 – 3 tablespoon heavy whipping cream.
  • Mean while put the one deep pot , and whisks in the freezer for atleast an hour.
    Take out the pot and whisks from the freezer. Transfer the creamed cheese in the cold pot and add cold heavy whipping cream.
  • Attach the cold whisks to the beater and beat creamed cheese and heavy whipping cream until it is smoorh, velvety and creamy.
  • Cream cheese is ready for layering the red velvet cake.

Layering Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese

  • Cut the cooled cake into three pieces.
  • Take first piece of cake and put cream cheese and spread it on the cake.
  • Take second piece of cake and put cream cheese and spread it on the cake.
  • Take third piece of cake and put cream cheese and spread it on the cake.
  • Take first cream cheese layer, and put second cream cheese layer cake side on it, not the cream side. Then take third layer and put in on the second layer.
  • Add remaining cream cheese on the top layer. Make circular design with spatula, and dust some powder sugar on and around the cake. Keep the ready red velvet cream cheese cake in the freeze to set the cheese layers for at least 2 – 5 hours.
