Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in flour and cook for another minute, stirring constantly. Gradually whisk in milk (and broth or lemon juice if using) until smooth. Cook until sauce boils and thickens, stirring occasionally. Stir in vegan cheese or parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Add white sauce to the pasta and toss to combine

  • 4 tbsp Roux mix(flour, black pepper)
  • 1 pound Shrimp
  • 2 no Red capsicum
  • 2 no Yellow capsicum
  • 4 oz Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp Red chili flakes
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 liter Water(to boil penne pasta)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tsp salt(in boiling water)
  • 1 Packet Penne Pasta

Instructions for Making White Sauce

  • Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  • Take 4 tablespoon of roux mix.
  • Add garlic and red chili flakes and black pepper powder in butter and oil and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  • Stir in flour(roux mix) and cook for another minute, stirring constantly.
  • Gradually whisk in milk cook it for 2 minutes and add chicken broth and cook it for 3 minutes.
  • Cook until sauce boils and thickens, stirring occasionally.

Instruction for Boiling Penne Pasta

  • Cook penne pasta according to package directions, in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and return to the pot. Put some oil and toss penne pasta and keep it aside.

Instruction for sauteed Shrimp and Vegetables

  • Take 2 Red capsicum, 2 yellow capsicum and cut into cubes.
  • Take one pound deveined and deshelled shrimp. Wash and wipe dry with pepper. Add one teaspoon ginger garlic paste and keep it aside.
  • Take some mushrooms and sliced into pieces.
  • Take a wok, put it on a high heat, add oil. Once oil is heated, add shrimp, mushrooms and red and yellow capsicum and sauteed for 5 minutes.
  • Add boiled penne pasta in a white sauce.
  • Add sauteed shrimp, mushrooms and capsicums to white sauce penne pasta. White Sauce Penne Pasta is ready.
